Daily Paintings

Since the middle of February 2011, I have been doing a painting a day. This started out as a daily practice to learn to use oil paint and evolved into a pretty neat adjustment in my career. Our company, Artist Hardware, developed the Sensu Brush a capacitive paint brush that works on devices like the iPad, iPhone, Microsoft Surface, Google Nexus... you know, all the touch devices. The Sensu Brush is wonderful and the joy of using it brought together a dream I have had for a long time of being able to sketch, draw and paint on a digital device that can go anywhere with me and not break the bank in the process.

So, the daily paintings started in oils, moved to digital creations and now one informs the other.
